Role & responsibilities:

  • Develop recruiting strategies in support of organizational staffing objectives.

  • Execute recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions.

  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.

  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

  • Developing a good understanding of clients & building strong relationships with key decision makers.

  • Network with candidates directly via various channels (database, social media, headhunting, referrals, job sites etc).

  • Generating leads and efficiently keeping in regular contact with existing prospects

  • Create monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and end of month reports on revenue and market performance.

  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.

  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

  • Source applicants through various methods including advertising, recruiters, job sites, career fairs.

  • Delivering against these targets to ensure revenue expectations are met.

  • Maximizing networking opportunities and regularly using conferences, events and trade shows to increase awareness and

  • visiting clients to build and develop relationships;

  • developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment;

  • Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Recruiting experience

  • Knowledge of general principles of recruiting

  • Knowledge of staffing systems and tools

  • Experience in managing applicant data bases

  • Experience of applicant tracking systems

  • Experience in candidate sourcing solutions

  • Knowledge of applicable computer applications

  • Knowledge of relevant employment legislation

  • Monthly Salary AED 12,000 to AED 15,000 Plus Commission.
